Artists and educators. Born in Sto. Dgo. The Dominican Republic. He began studying painting with Prof. Nidia Serra when he was 13 years , participating in competitions and winning awards and scholarships collective . He continued in a particular way always looking for a way to express their innermost feelings. Education and exercise had the opportunity to have the advice of sukamoto Itsuo , Japanese oil master , who shared about two years. He studied art at the National Conservatory of Music , completing the reading, harmony and composition with Cuban maestro Santiago Fals . Completed advanced studies in Biology and Chemistry and Early Childhood Education at the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, UASD. He has made several specialties : Management of Educational Institutions, Cultural Manager , Training of Trainers, among others.

He founded and directed several school choirs coming to record with one national children\'s version of the anthem of the Dominican Republic . He was director of vocal music group La Rondalla of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo for over ten years.

Author of two books of Art Education of the Ministry of Education and author of the book tells her story UASD Rondalla .

He currently heads the department of Portal , educators , Ministry of Education and is president Minerd founder of SOS Educational Foundation .
